Pattaya Food & Hoteliers Expo’08 อาหารและเครื่องดื่มไทย ก้าวสู่ระดับสากล
การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย ภาคกลาง เขต 3 ร่วมกับ เมืองพัทยาและสมาคมนักบริหารงานอาหารและเครื่องดื่มภาคตะวันออก,  สมาคมเชฟเมืองพัทยาและจังหวัดชายฝั่งทะเลตะวันออก และชมรมแม่บ้านภาคตะวันออก จัดงาน “มหกรรมงานแสดงอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม‘คนโรงแรม’ เมืองพัทยาและภาคตะวันออก”   หรือ  Pattaya Food & Hoteliers Expo’08 เมื่อวันที่ 28-30 สิงหาคม 2551 ที่ผ่านมา ณ โรงแรม A-one The Royal Cruise พัทยาเหนือ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อยกระดับวงการอาหารและเครื่องดื่มของโรงแรมในเมืองพัทยาและภาคตะวันออก ให้ก้าวสู่ความเป็นมืออาชีพ และเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล

PFHE 2008 – upgrade Thai F&B to world-class service
Tourism Authority of Thailand Central region 3 corporate Pattaya City, Food and Drinks Managing Association of the East, Pattaya Chefs Association Coastal provinces of the East and the Housewives Association of the East organized the Pattaya Food & Hoteliers Expo 2008 at A-One The Royal Cruise Hotel, North Pattaya on 28-30 August 2008. The aim of this event is to upgrade the professionalism of F&B business and personnel skills reach to the standard of world-class service.  
In additional, the event held many F&B competitions organized by professional chefs and hoteliers from over Pattaya and Eastern region. While it was an exhibition for food, beverage, equipments that use in hotel business and restaurant by manufactures and suppliers more than 50 companies.
